- To claim the bonus redemption item you must submit the required information via the online redemption form and upload a photo of the receipt at www.strongtie.co.nz/redemptions. The receipt must clearly display the purchased promotional products, the date of purchase, and the place of purchase. Simpson Strong-Tie NZ reserves the right to request further information regarding proof of purchase from the redeemer if circumstances warrant. Please retain your original receipt for warranty purposes as proof of purchase.
- Redemption offers are valid only for consumers who purchase one of the selected Simpson Strong-Tie New Zealand products during the promotional period. These offers are only valid when the product is purchased through authorized resellers of Simpson Strong-Tie NZ (https://strongtie.co.nz/where-buy). Parallel importers are excluded.
- In the event that duplicate receipts are received from any person or e-mail address, the first entry processed will be considered the only valid entry received.
- Bonus items are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If a bonus item becomes unavailable for any reason, Simpson Strong-Tie NZ reserves the right to substitute that prize with a prize of equal or higher value.
- Simpson Strong-Tie NZ accepts no liability for claims that may be delayed, misdirected or lost in the mail, resulting in them not being received by the closing date. All Redemption Offer claims must be received within 30 days of the purchase.
- Please allow 6 weeks for delivery of bonus item from receipt of your entry. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Deliveries limited to New Zealand. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. There is no charge for the delivery on the bonus item.
